Board of Trustees
The Mission had a Board of Trustees comprising of The Most Rev'd Olusegun Adeyemi, Chairman, Evang. (Mrs) Jacinta Adetola Olusoga, Evang. (Mrs.) Christine Badejo-Okusanya, Evang. (Mrs.) Gbemi Giwa-Osagie, Pastor (Arc.) Gbenga Onabanjo until September 2019.
In August 2024, the Board was reconstituted and remains with The Rt. Rev'd Prof. Dapo Asaju as Chairman, due to the voluntary retirement of the Most Rev'd Olusegun Adeyemi. Others are Evang. (Mrs.) Jacinta Adetola Olusoga, Evang. (Mrs.) Christine Badejo-Okusanya, Evang. (Mrs.) Gbemi Giwa-Osagie, Pastor (Arc.) Gbenga Onabanjo.
Governing Council
The Governing Council at inception compromised of the then Rt. Rev'd Dr. Olusegun Adeyemi now the Most Rev'd. Dr. Olusegun Adeyemi Rtd., as Chairman, Evang. (Mrs.) Jacinta Adetola Olusoga, Pastor Jeremiah Oluwadare, Dr. William Udotong, Rev'd Dr. Emmanuel Oluwayemi, Rev'd Moses Lawal, Evang. Dr. (Mrs.) Bolaji Obadeyi, Pastor George Baptist and Pastor Ebunoluwa Omotosho.
The tenure of that Council was renewed twice thereafter, in consonance with the Mission's constitution. The life of that Council expired on the 30th of September, 2019. However, some members dropped out before this time for various reasons such as ill health and relocation. Also, an aged representative of the Equipping The Saints Ministry on the Council, in the person of Pastor George Baptist, passed on to glory.
